Good quality tyres fitted at a reasonable price. Staff helpful, decent clean waiting room a welcome extra. Just need a drinks machine, but that would then be 5 stars. Great job done will return.

Very good value, but it did take quite a while to get them fitted. Think the tyres were sent to the wrong place. The guys in the centre were great though.

Took my car for an MOT. Dropped it off at 8.30am and was the first scheduled test of that day. Got a call at 11.30am saying it failed on the first test and needed work doing in order to pass. I understand these things take time but it's frustrating that I was the first scheduled test, but it took 3 hours to do the first test and then the car wasn't ready until close to 6pm. One of the technicians also gave his own seal of approval in the form of dirty handprints over the interior. Friendly and helpful guys at the front desk, but seemed like things could have been quicker and if I'm paying £450 for the work on the car I don't really expect dirty hand prints inside it!

Well, I must admit I have never used this method of booking my MOT before. I found it very straightforward and the choice of payment is fantastic. As yet I have no experience with this Auto-centre but as soon as the MOT is complete I shall leave another review

Service is good, pricing clear, problems explained clearly. However does get very busy and time estimates for waiting are way out. Management would be better off doubling what they think, would save a lot of hassle for both customers and themselves.

Great garage, all the staff were really helpful and got me back on the road quickly. Jason was great at explaining the options and never felt like I was being ripped off. Definitely recommend and will be back when I need further work on my car.

Been there 2 days ago for wheels alignment and diagnostic because left wheel where shaking on highest speed. They done amazing job - wheel alignment for 40 pound only. But they were so awful so forgot to say me that wheel joint is broken. Metal part... I saw how they laughing between an showing to my wheel when it was lifted. But didn't told me nothing. I ask if there is something we need to look or change. They answered no all good. I we been with my 2 years old son and wife in car.... I drive to other service and they told me that it can't drive before fixing and its to dangerous. Car is in repair now. Avoid formula 1 at all cost

You'll find a Superb team working here! They went the extra mile to ensure i could be on my way. I was expecting quite a expensive bill too! I need not have worried, it was excellent value for money. This branch will now be my "go to" for my servicing, repair and mot needs! Keep up the good work 👍

Should have read reviews here before booking. I have met scammers before but they are nothing compared with these cowboys. Had MOT/service done there: I have never seen such a long list of failures in my 30 years car ownership. In particular they failed on brakes and lights which were replaced by dealers two years ago (not much driving done during these two lock-down years). Of course they mark them as "dangerous" so you cannot go away for a second opinion but have to follow their "advice" for fix. The "extra" work counts toward £500 which is similar to what others here experienced. While waiting, overheard them talking to another MOT victim over the phone with a similar long list and quotation. AVOID. DEAL WITH THEM IN YOUR OWN PERIL.

Recently I went for a MOT for my car and they give me quote which was £ 440 .00 and I told them I will ask some where to much the price and I went other garage and they charge me half of the money for £200. 00 all the work . And I went back to the garage and I told them you over charged me and they told me if you much the price will do for you . And do you no what he was very arrogant the way he respond to me ,also told me I don’t care if some one give a cheaper price . Just for my experience avoid going to this garage don’t use please arrogant and they don’t care for the customer. Just to take the money . I’m sure are there better garage and better people trust me . I have been use them for many years is the end with this place . Sad for formula one because they say is family business. I don’t thing so with this customer service . Avoid
