Forme Spa Albany – Albany

I recently booked an appointment with Forme Spa Albany as a surprise treat for my mum. Unfortunately, when we showed up for the appointment the lady at reception told us the therapist "is running late" and that they couldn't go ahead with the appointment and we would need to reschedule. We were also told that they had been trying to contact me to let me know which I find hard to believe considering I had no missed calls and the last call I had received from Forme Spa was the day prior confirming my appointment. The appointment I had booked was 3:40pm, so I feel like there was plenty of time to have been informed earlier. I understand that sometimes staff are ill or life gets in the way, but I was super disappointed that we weren't told until we arrived and we had wasted value time and fuel travelling to the spa for nothing! It also ruined what I hoped would be a nice, well deserved surprise for my mum. We have decided not to reschedule with Forme Spa and have instead booked elsewhere.

Amazing massage and facial. The ambiance is lovely and you instantly feel relaxed. Can't wait to come back for more relaxation.

I went in for full body massage. Beautiful Environment and treatment room. My therapist was amazing. She had " healing hands". Very good at what she does. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏
