Ford Windows sheffield

Told to send photo of latch/handle. No reply for a week then told when I rang back they didn't do it in that colour anymore (it is White) oh and it's not under the Ten Year Guarantee anyway. It's in the spare room, not been opened more than a dozen times and is a fire escape window.

Had a few issues with French doors in my new build. Ford Windows have been to make adjustments & replace parts twice now, and the issues are still not fixed. Both engineers that have visited were not carrying parts required to make the fixes requested, leading to rescheduled visits and time off work to wait in.

I didn't know this company , but after seen the reviews and the way they drive the van around south yorkshire, I wil NOT buy anything from them. If somenone drive a compnay van, has to drive properly , even if it is the best product in the world , I WOULD NOT BUY IT!! (NEARLY CRASH THIS MORNING BEHIND A BLACK CAR BECAUSE THE F*** DRIVER OF YOUR COMPANY DID NOT CHECK THE MIRRORS AND THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME HAD TO BREAKE VERY STRONG)

Got a new build which is perfect apart from this comperny windows and doors that are fitted there shocking back door will not lock and missing parts and the quickest they can come to resolve this is a month away customer services is a joke after trying to arrange a new date with them to come out ended up agreeing to the original date, for them to reply we don't work weekends I am referring you back to your builder .. yet the date is not even on a weekend

The Fisher Price of windows and doors, absolute joke of a company. Bought a house from Taylor Wimpey in 2019 with this company's windows and doors fitted, had them out twice to adjust the French doors, the bedroom window whistles like a flute in the mildest of breezes, again been out three times and adjusted window and added little plastic bits to supposedly make it close properly but done nothing, lad from Ford said if these (plastic bits) don't fix it, the whole frame will need to be replace now ignoring all contact via Email, Phone and Taylor Wimpeys 'Touchpoint' Unfortunately we could not avoid using this company 😫

If i could give a 0 rating I would! Avoid this company at all costs. We have had problems since 2019!! Back doors that are awful, windows that still need sorting and a front door that constantly doesn't close and lock. They make appointments and don't show up or they cancel the day before by a voicemail. If yoy don't want the stress I advise finding a small family ran company nit this cowboy company

Purchased a new home with doors and windows supplied by this company just over six years ago. The patio door has had the same reoccurring fault that was "supposedly" fixed several times during the warranty period. The door was last fixed less than 18 mnths ago and has only been opened a handful of times and we are now no longer able to open again due to the same fault. Ford are now refusing to attend as its out of thier warranty period, despite them clearly not resolving the issue from the outset. Rude and unhelpful customer services. Avoid !!

Very poor cheaply made windows. Purchased a new build with these windows. All the windows in the dining room had to be replaced because if scratches and marks. Windows in the bedroom are not sealed properly and are nosy, but it's past 2 years so they're not interested. Will have to replace then myself soon. Avoid purchasing a property with this companies windows installed
