Bought a pair of £135 trainers online from footlocker for my boyfriend & one of the bubbles burst on them, sent them an email online as these were still in great conditon. After 4 days of waiting on a reply I was told if I wanted am exchange I was to go to the store. After travelling all the way to this store the manager FABIO didn't even seem to even want to help and just gave me a blank stare , basically telling me it was my boyfriend's fault and he wasn't going to exchange them! Waste of time and money!

Terrible experience here. The collection was of low quality and overpriced. I bought shoes when I arrived at the home and cheeked them, I discovered some part were damaged so we returned to the shop. The service was absolutely shocking. The manager didn’t have a clue about how to deal with a minor problem. Staff is good however they are more interested in chatting with each other than taking any notice of their customers. Bad atmosphere in the shop.

On Friday 18th September between 4 & 5 pm was greeted by a very irate woman at the entrance which sterinly was told to join the queue. Turns out there was none of the sort and was a bunch of teenagers loitering around the entrance. Once they clarified there had no intentions of entering the store. Confronted by this lady again was told only 1 can enter the empty store which I would then have to leave my 10 year old daughter alone in the middle of city centre which is totally unacceptable considering the rise in child preditors and abductions, a child standing alone in a very intimidating city centre feeling in danger seperated from a parent is not what your store should be promoting. I obviously declined. This member of staff needs displinary actions for her pathetic attemt of a power trip.
