after trying out a size that was too they suggested i try out another size which were far too small (2 sizes smaller than what i normally get). They said they would stretch when worn in. Attempted to stretch them in but no luck just discomfort. Then wouldn't let me return them for a larger size. Didn't help me out Lied to me Refused a return as a result of their faulty judgment. Only one member of staff served me with a smile.

Really poor customer service over the phone. Only rang to see if they have a different size in a trainer that we bought for our daughter before having to try and take 3 children into Bristol. Within 8 mins of the store opening there too busy to deal with my enquiry over the phone.

Store happy to take your money, not so forthcoming with help when something goes wrong, manager very rude and has not got a clue about customers rights. Would advise peole not to use footlocker either instore or online. All they are interested in doing is passing the problem to customer services who really havent a clue what they are on about Footlocket deserve to go out of business.
