The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and caring. I was so excited about my appointment and they exceeded my expectations. Its very clean and relaxing. I would extremely highly recommend! I will definitely be making this a regular treat. Thank you ladies.

Awful service, incorrectly charged me then messed me around with refunding my money when appt cancelled due to Covid! Got fobbed off with excuses, then they charged my card AGAIN instead of refunding me so I was down 2 lots of money. Had to go through bank to get money back. Even now still waiting for Fong Spa to respond!!!

I attend here for waxing appointments. Really pleasant and friendly staff. The owner did my waxing today and was very good. Very professional and one of the least painful waxes I have had.

The best place in town for cozy chill relax time

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and a great range of treatments. Plenty of parking here too (although car park does have busy times as it is shared with the buffet restaurant) I've had a pedicure and a manicure here, and both were good ... although both occasions of having pedicure I ended up with a smudge and had to pop back for a re-touch, which they were happy to do... 2nd time it was my fault, but the 1st time the polish I chose has nearly run out and was really old and thick. I would give 5 stars, but my main criticism is that when I went in for my 2nd visit I had no less than 5 different beauticians work on me! They were super busy and there was a shift change, but I got pretty fed up telling them what I was doing for my holidays! It also kind of loses the relaxed atmosphere. Still, they were all lovely ladies and very attentive so cant fault that. I will definitely be back and would recommend it as the best place to visit for manicure & pedicure treatments locally. I think I might have a facial next time :)
