Yes, trying to get through to them and getting an appointment can be challenging. But all doctors are the same. That’s a far bigger issue with the NHS. I’ve found the staff at this practice to continually help where they can. Thanks to all the staff.

They wonder why A&E get full with patients and it because you stuck on the phone for over hour not being able too get through to anyone. When you approach the building it like talking to someone behind a prison wall. I ask for antidepressants something I have never taken before. They handed it over to very quickly without hesitation or further discussions. I could be drug addict or someone who waiting to overdose. I couldn't believe how easily it was to get access to prescription drugs without consultation or further checkups. By the reviews this place needs shutting now!

I have been registered with this surgery from the day I was born. When Dr Candlish was running it I never had any of the issues that I do know. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone. Before COVID-19 it was a nightmare. When I got an appointment. I mean if I ever managed to get an appointment to see my doctor I was waiting between 45 minutes and 1 hour and half hours after my appointment time before she sure me. That is ridicules. When Dr Candlish was running the max awaiting time I had was 10 or 15 minutes at most never that long. It has gone down see ever since the change of doctor and the merge with other surgeries. With the Patient Access thing, that's anything massive pain to think about. I can't even make an appointment to see the doctor or for another services. Absolutely ridicules.

You have sent out text messages stating GP services are to concentrate on the covid booster vaccine until the end of the year. You will be running on skeleton staff and routine appointments rearranged for the new year. This is fine and quite understandable if it were true. When one attempts to book a booster at this surgery there are no appointments available. Why do you persist in lying to your patients? Absolute joke of a place.
