Even one star is not deserving. This must be the worst surgery in the country...!! The surgery, never, ever runs on time. You arrive a few minutes before your appointment and are sitting there 30 minutes after your time with no explanation, apology......NOTHING...!!! This surgery needs reporting to the BMA as soon as possible...!!!! DISGRACEFUL..!!!!!!

I wouldn’t even give this surgery 1 star... absolutely appalling receptionists with attitude and very very unprofessional, can never get an appointment & think they’re medically trained too. Doctor tells you to do one thing and receptionists argue with you to do another. Avoid at all costs because it’s just a waste of time, clearly in the wrong job with the way they speak to patients.

What is the point of having an appointment time if the clinic is never run on time!! Every appointment I've booked in the last nearly 3 years has been at least 20 minutes late, last time I made an appointment for my 2 year old daughter we were still waiting 55 minutes after her appointment time with no explanation and no apology. The young girls running the reception are vile and rude for no apparent reason, the doctor doesn't have a clue. Boycott at all costs worst doctor's surgery in Stoke ever!!
