Geoff was recommended to me by my colleague who is a competitive athlete and used Geoff’s expertise on a number of occasions. I had been struggling with pretty much chronic ‘on and off’ shoulder injuries. For the past few years I had to train around these injuries and avoid various exercises. I contacted Geoff and explained the issue over the phone, I made it clear that the problem was ongoing and I failed various therapies including acupuncture. Geoff sounded very welcoming, friendly and confident about his ability to resolve it. I thought I would give it a go as the price for a therapy session was very competitive and my usual chiropractor was on annual leave, plus I did suffer from significant pain at this point in time. Today, a couple of months later I am writing this review as an injury free person with full shoulder mobility (both of them). I am not sure which part of the therapy contributed the most to my recovery as Geoff used various approaches, including; dry needle therapy, massage, some appliances he was attaching to my back, and I was also given ‘homework exercises’. Most likely my recovery is the result of the combination of the above. I agree with his other clients who wrote very positive reviews for Geoff – he knows what he is doing. It is also worth mentioning that Geoff is a really nice person to be around, very open, polite, friendly and kind. On a personal level I liked the fact that Geoff has a background in contact sports and he understands injuries as an athlete as well as a therapist and their impact on a person’s general wellbeing. Using a simple and direct language, whatever you speak about with Geoff – he just gets it! In the nicest possible way I hope I won’t need to visit Flow Therapies too soon, but if I do I will do so with a smile on my face as it will be a pleasant experience and definitely well invested money.

I'm so pleased I visited both Cathy and Geoff at Flow Aesthetics and Flow Therapies. They are both so calm and utter professionals explaining what procedures they are carrying out at each step of the treatment. I enjoyed a very relaxing session with Cathy and lost inches during my first visit - a definite bonus! Geoff has been able to make my longstanding back pain so much easier, again after just one session. I can't recommend them enough.
