Florence Day Spa – Norwich

I came on holiday to the area with my family and wanted to book a spa day for the ladies/girls. I chose Florence Spa blind and arrived on the day with high hopes but no guarantees. I have to say it exceeded all expectations. Every one of us had the most amazing day. Such a beautiful setting, amazing treatments and lovely staff. We spend the whole day at the spa and all left feeling relaxed. It was a real treat as part of our holiday. Thank you to Eloise for coordinating our day and the other therapists.

Lily was exceptional at providing me a top quality service! She studied the design carefully before hand and provided literally the same design as the picture, I was so impressed! She’s super talented and provided a friendly, inviting service. Highly recommend! Will be coming again! X

I put off having a massage for a long time because I thought it would feel awkward or strange but my experience at Florence Day Spa was very comfortable and easy. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I was put at ease and I found the whole experience very positive. I love the atmosphere of the spa. The music and lighting levels are perfect and everything in the spa is high quality. There are many options for treatments, I am impressed with the range and I am looking forward to coming back. Overall a very positive experience and I can’t ask for much more from the spa and it’s staff. If you’re debating whether or not to go for it and book a treatment I fully recommend that you do. If you’re an anxious person like me then this spa is the perfect place for you to unwind a little. I guarantee you will feel welcome and relaxed and you’ll be in professional hands.

I had a lovely back, neck and shoulder massage today with Ellis. The room was so relaxing with candles, music and a heated table. Would definitely go back again and choose Ellis.
