I had a lovely facial here with Shauna, who was knowledgeable, skillful and very friendly. It's a small spa with a couple of treatment rooms but it's affordable and approachable with a good range of treatments. Would definitely return!

Absolutely horrendous. Avoid at all costs! Without a shadow of a doubt the rudest lady ever works here! Went in here today full of excitement for my treatment and within 5 minutes was made to feel like something she'd picked off her shoe. Firstly I was greeted with: Is that a coffee? before letting out a biggish. She then could not find my booking for a flotation experience and treatment afterwards (despite me having a voucher with full details on it that had been sent in the post). When i said i would return another day for the treatment I was told that would not be possible as we had paid a package price (so, she did have a record of my booking). Half talking me through my options and stopping to serve another customer whilst taking me down to the pod (she actually said we would go downstairs and then as I got up walked over to the till to serve someone and left me standing there). In all my years working in customer service I have never experienced such disregard for customers. Completely ruined what should have been a lovely morning.

The girls very kindly offered me a walk in appointment to get my shellac removed and redone. Lovely customer service with great atmosphere between staff. Nails look great and are far cheaper than most places offer! Couldn't recommend enough.

Wonderful experience. Bit dissapointed by the lack off consultation after the treatment, given that this was my first time. Overall great price and very clean.

I adore The Floatarium. Pam and her team are wonderful and I'm so pleased to be booked back in again next weekend xx

Absolutley shocking experience at this spa, rude staff, treatment time cut short, over charged me and 2 of my friends. Screamed at us to wear a mask, all over disgusting experience. 0/10. AVOID!! Complained to the manager but did not receive any response, extremely unprofessional

Fabulously decadent manicures and pedicures available here. Highly recommended for thoroughness of service, relaxing ambience, quality of finish and cleanliness. Pamela, the salon owner, is brilliant and highly professional, with her staff having excellent attention to detail. We will be coming back, thank you! Temp is taken on arrival and masks worn throughout. Toilets and salon facilities are spotless.
