Most disappoint experience of my life with a travel agency. Beware the company is full of thieves, they are just taking people's money and taking advantages of the situations. They also keep changes flights schedule and ask you to pay charges for changes they made. It absolutely ridiculous. When you call them they just keep transferring you to one person to another and make you explain why you called like 10 times. Very exhaust and upsetting experience I have had with them. At the end I had to go to the airline directly. They don't take inconsideration any Coronavirus related scenarios. So unprofessional company, you can hear them laughing and making fun of while your on the call with them. Highly highly don't recommend them. If you want to have peace mind experience don't buy their so called cheap tickets because later they tell why did you buy our cheap price ticket why didn't you buy directly from airline. It's ridiculous. Worst experience with them ever.

Booked a flight online, used 2 cards both were declined for no reason I confirmed with my card issuer it was an issue with the website. Now Emirates have rescheduled my flight and now have 2 return flights on different days and can't get through by phone or email terrible company.

Charging £50 admin fee for a future flight that the airline has cancelled due to technical issues, instead of providing us with an alternative they have left us without an option to fly and are charging us for NOTHING. The customer service is pathetic. All the agents are so rude and I asked them for alternative options for flying and was happy to pay the difference and they said it was too much work...they would deduct the admin fee and return the remainder.. so that I can go do research myself and book elsewhere...its a SCAM! Do Not BOOK any flights with this agency!!!! Am sure they gonna go bust soon at this rate.

It's ok but they made mistakes like because my title is Miss, although I'm 18, me and sister were put down as children passengers. After hours of phone calls they said it wouldn't be a problem. Overall it was more hassle than it was worth. Also when I asked for a reference number, they said 123 them changed it so I don't like that they lied about it. My flight was fine though, but the stress is not worth the extra money saved.

Very poor customer also known as Polani travel service flight's always get cancelled with this company and then there try to charge you £50 per ticket for refunds or try to rob you by charging you more for the issue of new tickets when the airline's will offer you the next available flight's free of cost and no extra charges. Hardly pick up the phones and when there do pass the buck and either disconnect the call or say someone will be in touch with you. If you want a full refund for cancellations please people get in touch with your credit card company or bank with the email there send you stating that there will charge you £50 per ticket and you bank will refund you in full.
