I have used the student storage option provided by Flexistore Manchester and I have to say I was very impressed by their service. They organized the pick-up immediately after calling them, as well as delivering all the packing materials to my house. Their storage policy is flexible so I did not have to worry about my things overstaying their welcome. Finally, when it came to re-delivery, they organized shipping to another country. It was a pleasure dealing with their staff, who were always prompt and helpful. I'd recommend their service to anyone!

Extremely satisfied with a great service! I had a number of personal belongings that needed removing and put into storage in Manchester whilst I was living in Australia. As you can imagine, the idea of having to coordinate from such a great distance was somewhat stressful to me, but I need not have worried at all, because everything was taken care of. Flexistore's manager, Mark was very communicative, warm, friendly and helpful over email and tailored his service to fit my particular needs, for both pick-up and delivery. A real pleasure to deal with; and flexible too, as the name suggests. I'm so glad that I picked Flexistore.

Extremely disappointing service. I specified a few big items for them to pack and they were missing. I contacted them several times both through emails, calls, and messenger to receive no response on what action can be taken to settle the missing items. They told me they will follow up but it has been months (since August and its now October) Company also left me on read after I asked them why no one has contacted me to follow up.

Awful experience. Missold a service, our items weren't returned when booked, despite being confirmed twice. They then blamed us for their system error and had the audacity to take £95 extra from my bank account. One staff member ridiculed us on the phone when we were *begging* for access to medication and mobility aids which they were holding from us. Do not use under any circumstances.

As a student it was very helpful to have this solution to store my stuffs because i couldn’t get back to uni due to covid and well the process of collecting and storing and the delivery could deserve a 5 star but then I realise after unpacking my items than I was missing some of them and since more than a week I can’t get in touch with them and it’s very frustrating and their payment process is also very unclear because i was charge more because i overestimated the number of boxes needed so I should have had a refund but i can’t get them to say if they are going to do it and i was even charge more so i won’t recommend Flexistore if they don’t improve their customer contact service even if the service they offer is useful

Charged me more than double the money that I was entitled to pay and now not even repyling to multiple emails! Not recommended at all!
