Used to be good, always ordered pizza from here. Something has changed - the pizza I got tonight was absolutely swimming in orange coloured oil. So much of it that the box had turned into mush under the pizza.Disgusting. Way too much cheese!

Great food but unfortunately it took over an hour to arrive but it is Christmas day which I understand could be a reason for it taking a while but I don't think it should take over an hour for it to arrive. Other than that all good

Can there be a no star option?!?! The delivery took over an hour when they said 30 mins to 45 mins. The reason why they said they are delayed is because there was apparently NO CHICKEN LEFT. We got our food and the fries/chips we dark brown some were hard and some were burnt. The spicy wings were falling apart and dripping in oil. And last of all the burger from the outside was fine but the inside was really hard and when i cut it with a knife it was raw. Absolutely disgusting. And they need to learn to stop saying "love " on the phone because no i am not your love..

The delivery man is so rude. Just because he can't find the door number which is at the side of the door, saying that I should put a door number on. And the order take longer than the time it said it was going to be deliver for.

My experience with Flames has been hit or miss; the chicken and burgers especially are sometimes tasty and well balanced and sometimes overly salty and lacking flavour. Would recommend over some of the other post night-out takeaways in the surrounding area but definitely not the best.

Alhamdulillah amazing food and service. Ordered from here on 2 occasions. Firstly I bought a pizza which me and my work colleagues enjoyed, the special sauce they use is great! I recently ordered a king box I think and the size of the portion is huge. Lots of food, lots of flavour. Great customer service too, me and my colleagues will be ordering again.

The food was amazing and was quick. If we ever travel back to the city we will be back. Was a much sorely needed pick-me-up after the debacle of Slam Dunk's after party at the university.
