A few years ago I ordered some boots, gave my measurements, paid and waited for them to arrive. A bit of chasing through emails and phone calls, I never spoke to anyone or had a call back or reply to my emails. The Boots never arrived and I had to claim my money back, luckily, through my MasterCard. Be warned about this, so called, company!
