Our honeymoon to Edinburgh was based around food and this was a significant highlight. The front of house team were incredibly friendly and attentive. You can tell they enjoy working here. The food was incredible. Fresh, exciting, cooked with confidence and precision. We will definitely be recommending this place to others and booking for some anniversaries. A huge thank you to everyone involved.

On a whim, we made a reservation for dinner and we were not disappointed. Amazing service, food, and atmosphere. Our waitress was attentive and wonderful, the lobster was buttery and delicious, and the duck was tender with a delicious sauce. Even our little one enjoyed her fish and chips. We’ll be sure to be back on our next trip to Edinburgh.

I had the duck breast and my boyfriend had the fish and chips- both were so delicious!!! Just melted in your mouth. The ambiance of the restaurant was very romantic with candles and low lights. Highly recommend for a date night (:

As a couple who love all things seafood and shellfish, this is by far the best food of this type that we have ever eaten! (we are from the South Coast and dine in seafood restaurants often). The creaminess of the oysters is like something I have never experienced before. The seafood platter was cooked to perfection and the steaks, WOW! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met and that we had the best dining experience possible. I cannot recommend this quaint little hidden gem enough! Thank you for adding the icing on top of the cake to an already fantastic honeymoon. We cannot wait until we can visit again.

We had a wonderful meal and every single course was pure perfection. Thank you to the friendly and caring staff for such an amazing meal and service. If we lived in Edinburgh we'd be regular customers.
