What a brilliant place to buy a car. The prices are better than competitive, the staff, especially Jordan, are helpful, and customer service is top notch. The best experience I have had at a car dealers. I'd had my eye on a particular car, and the sale went through better than expected. Thanks :)

I could not be happier with the service I received at First 4 Car. I dealt with Steve who was great! He was professional and so helpful. My mum also bought a vehicle from F4C over 2 years ago and still visits for her service/MOT - she wouldn’t go anywhere else. I would definitely recommend visiting if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. I am thrilled with my new car and hope to visit again for an upgrade in a few years time. Thank you so much!

Disappointing customer service from Ian. Whilst in communication and trying to arrange leaving a £200 holding deposit the car was sold. Ian well aware of my intentions to view vehicle and my request to leave deposit, (which took until the next day to get back to me)! Either poor customer service or poor communication between sales team....or both. No sincerity shown, quite rude in fact which is a little surprising considering the amount of emphasis on their 5 star customer rating. I’m sure others have had success but this is my personal (first and last) experience with first 4 cars and it was poor.

AVOID IAN. Terrible service. After speaking to 'Ian' over the phone as I would be travelling a very long way to view a vehicle I was intreasted in I asked for him to send me a video of the vehicle and more detailed photos so I could be 100% before I drove almost 7 hours to view. He treated me like I was thick which I didnt appreciate but then said he would send me the video right away. 2 days later - no video or contact. I called and spoke to Ian again were he said he would sort this for me within the morning. This was 4 days ago. After having this dreadful experience I will not be buying from 'first4car' and will be purchasing my new vehicle from another garage that will treat me with some respect. AVOID.

I bought my Nissan Qashqai from here and when it had a few issues Luke at first4cars was so helpful and reassuring. I was so happy they looked after me and didn't mess me about. He sorted me out quickly, professionally and kept me in the loop. You deserve a pay increase Luke. Your a credit to your company. Thank you so so much Luke. I love my car and its one if the best things I've ever bought. :D

I was really pleased with buying a car at First4Car. I just wanted to buy a car quickly, and without hassle especially with the Covid restrictions. I was able to identify a car easily online that I wanted to buy, Jordan sorted the car out quickly, and I picked it up within a few days. Communication was professional and efficient. I am really happy with my new car. It's in great condition and I was able to pick it up with minimum hassle. I'd definitely recommend First4Car and will definitely look here first again when the time comes.

To start with the price for my car was really good (I couldn’t have got the same price anywhere else even with a discount) and it was sure that i was not getting sold something faulty. The car is nice and that’s one thing but the customer service was really excellent. As a first time buyer (with a finance plan) I was unsure with how everything goes and what I need to do and what does it mean for me. Jordan really broke it down for me, did a quick finance check, explained what that meant for me and emailed me whatever I needed and just by that customer service I felt at ease buying the car knowing that if I have any issues I know who to contact. I had some issues on my side with emails and deciding whether to buy the car etc and Jordan made sure all my concerns were dealt with and I left a happy customer Will definitely recommend First4car to anyone.

I had a bad experience with a previous company over the phone (they added almost 3k in extras) so it was a breath of fresh air to deal with first4car Pudsey. It was so easy and all done online. There were no pushy salesperson and no hidden extras. Ben explained everything in detail and even sent step by step instructions to register the car for road tax. My car was delivered exactly on time, great price and a lovely little car, in excellent condition. I will definitely reccomend First4cars to friends (already have).
