As first time landlords we were unsure of the procedure and process when we first came to FKSL, we needn’t have worried. The knowledge of the team is vast, and they are always willing to advise on matters and help when necessary. We currently have our fourth group of tenants sourced by them, with our property having let each time within hours of being on the market. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I rented a property through Finders Keepers for about two and a half years. During this time we were very happy with the service we received, in particular that from our property manager Adrian who was friendly and reliable. Any issues in the flat were dealt with quickly and we also felt we were able to report things that were broken and they would be fixed or replaced with little fuss. We had a couple of mix ups just before we left with our final rent payment and return of our deposit, but these were dealt with and resolved efficiently. Would definitely recommend, one of the best letting agents I have dealt with in the Oxford area. Properties seem to be of a really high standard and the rent prices are competitive.

When I moved to the UK, I was unfamiliar with the letting system here, but Finders Keepers (Emily in particular) was very kind and extremely helpful. She did explain everything and was available to answer all my questions. During my stay, I contacted the office multiple time to fix things in the unit, and they always responded quickly and fixed whatever needed to be fixed. I would definitely recommend using their service.

Really helpful and friendly! Have found in the past other estate agents to be dismissive and difficult, especially as a student, but Emily has responded and dealt with all of our issues/queries as soon as they arise. Would definitely recommend to other students!

This agency has been known to discriminate against renters just because they're in receipt of universal credit. Disgusting behaviour
