I had the most relaxing time at Fifth Element Day Spa. After a busy work day/week, the head, neck and scalp massage and hair treatment given by Monique was second to none…I felt like I was floating on a cloud and had a noticeable decrease in muscle tension. The whole atmosphere and customer service provided was exceptional- I will definitely be back!! Thank you so much to Monique and the whole team for creating such a tranquil experience.

I came in to look at some products the other day and i never usually go into any spa's. I was served at reception by Kristy. She was knowledgeable in her products and skin, her customer service and soothing voice was beautiful. You can tell she has a lot of care and passion in what she does and it definitely shows. I liked that she did not push products onto me like some other places do but she was very understanding. I'll be booking in for a facial and go to her for my skin needs.

Well where do I start! I have never had a massage in my whole life until yesterday and I must say it was a life changer, I should have done it sooner. For my first ever massage this was the best one, from the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by the most wonderful receptionists that with help you through everything! I was asking endless amounts of questions and they had answers for them all. Now for the good part! The massage I received was a Deep tissue massage and my god did it feel good, I had no idea what I was walking into and i don’t like people touching me and I was unsure if I would even stay. My massage lady made me feel soo comfortable and was checking in with me to see if I was okay which was really nice. The massage was then over 😔 but I was then taken to the lounge where you can sit in peace and relax after your massage and it felt amazing! Hands down the best first massage in my life and I will be coming back for more no doubt about it! Thank you to all the amazing ladies and staff for making my experience a memorable one!

The ambience, as soon as you enter you are greeted warmly. You take a seat and immediately relax as herbal teas are offered or a flavoured fresh water and become enveloped with beautiful smells. Your therapist greets you with a warm smile & prepares you to go into your session in a calm manner (never in a rush). Emily has been my current therapist for sometime now (I'm a regular) and my skin is amazing as a result. We can chat easily & comfortably, as well as be silent to totally relax. I walk out feeling fabulous every time. Thank you 😊 💓

I just love coming here. So tranquil and peaceful. I have visited 3 times now and this Saturday will be my fourth. The staff are professional and kind. They really know just what I need. Veronica is my favourite therapist so far, she just manages to melt the stress and tension away from my body like magic. I always leave feeling completely relaxed. It has quickly become my go-to way to pamper myself and practice self care. Well worth every penny. My only critique is that I wish there was some sort of loyalty system in place; since I have been so often and it can be costly, it would be a nice touch to receive a little token of gratitude for my business.
