My dear friend Karen James was badly let down on the eve of her daughter's wedding due to an appointment mix up. Although Hannah was apologetic and offered an alternative time, this was just not possible, anyone who's been in the maelstrom before an important day like this understands the situation - so many things to do in limited time. I hope nobody else has to go through this stress.
