The food here was really delicious and the plates served were exciting and memorable. They catered readily for my dietary needs. The service was very efficient and friendly and the staff were all very knowledgeable. We had the wine pairings and I had different pairings for my vegetarian dishes. The wines were different and exciting and thoughtfully paired with the food. I would really recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning.

Absolutely amazing dining experience! The staff were very professional and knowledgeable! The food was amazing especially the desert, each dish had incredibly well combined flavours, very advanced technique and beautiful presentation! I will definitely be coming back! The desert was the best micheline star desert I have tasted! Big well done for the remarkable efforts of both chefs and waiting staff!

I just loved this restaurant. We had the most exquisite lunch; each course was utterly gorgeous. We especially loved the abundance of Fhior grown ingredients. The wine list was outstanding and affordable. The service was efficient yet warm. The elegant interior felt comfortable and relaxed. To summarise, Fhior felt like Scottish dining at its very best
