Quarantine after coming back from overseas. Great hotel with nice rooms, not sure if it's because it's quarantine standard, but the stuff provided in the rooms are quite limited. But well I love it because there is a balcony for me to breath in some fresh air and not only stuck inside a room the entire 14days without the fresh air from nature.

Stayed here for my 2 weeks “Stay-Home-Notice” quarantine, and was impressed with the hotel’s customer service even for quarantine guests. Granted that in the pandemic, normal room service was not available, yet all my requests, from a room change (for better WiFi), to needing milk for coffee and more fresh fruit, were met with prompt efficiency in the true spirit of hospitality! Room was spacious and comes with a balcony and towel rack, for which I was very thankful during my quarantine stay! Thanks for making my quarantine time a restful staycation!

Among the many hotels in Sentosa, the is the most suitable hotel for a family with young kid. Very clean and comfortable room, the main thing is close to Universal Studio. After a hard day of playing, it is convenient to return back to hotel to freshen up and rest. Highly suggest if want to come during holidays must book few month in advance .

Quarantined here. Not going to go into too much specifics but am glad I have a balcony to go out to. I can listen to the sound of birds and insects. I have a very good view on fair weather days and there's even a proper rack for drying your towel. Would not mind coming back if it does eventually reopens as a hotel proper. It is is after all, near the attractions like universal studios and s.e.a aquarium. The room was also spacious.

Quarantined here for 10 days. Cleaniness: 1/5 Entered the room and felt the room was dusty. I had to wipe down the tables and bed-side tables which were dusty. The floor was dirty and my feet were black that I had to manually use the toilet towel and mop the floor when I am sick on the first day. Woke up the next day with bed rash and requested for a change of room. I wonder if they changed the bedsheets. It was approved and they upgraded me to a room with a bathtub. I entered the new room and the floor was dusty too as if nobody mop the floor for a month or so. I had to mop twice. The bed frame was dusty and I realised the bed sheet only covered the first layer of the mattress and not the bottom and the sides. I could see the dust at the sides. Even though the children bunk bed wasn't in use, I could see the pile of dust on the steps. Food: 2/5 Food not by the hotel but caterer was sometimes bitter or very salty. I like that there provided a variety of cuisine so we don't eat the same cuisine every meal. There were chips and drinks for snack time. Amenities: 3/5 + Balcony: Allowed fresh air + Clothes rack: could hang my laundry at the balcony - Fridge spoil, sometimes cold or warm - TV was too old. Didn't expect a 5-star hotel in Sentosa to not have upgraded to a Smart TV? - No Bidet Service: 5/5 Guest service were quick to answer calls and attend to my request though they said I was entitled to 4 boxes of water and will be delivered every morning it didn't. So I had to call them everyday to request for it. As a 5-star hotel, I felt disappointed by this quarantine stay. I was sick but I had use all my energy to wipe down the whole room. More could be done by the housekeeping to ensure hygiene and cleaniness. And I hope the hotel has an upgrade for the TV.
