Terrible service; consultations are rushed, appointments are 3-4 months apart, testing takes months

1/ 5

Terrible service; consultations are rushed, appointments are 3-4 months apart, testing takes months and months. I was referred by my GP in may 2020, didn't get my first 'appointment' here until 8 months later in Jan (which wasn't even with the consultant), it's now July 2020 and they still haven't finished my testing (have been waiting many months for a HSG test) and not been offered treatment yet, it's excruciating and am thinking of going private, which is a shame as I've always paid my taxes and have barely used the NHS over my life. First I thought it was just due to covid and it being the nhs but after hearing from friends about faster nhs fertility testing and treatment in other parts of the country I now know it's to do with the poor service at this particular centre.

Really bad experience with these people in fertility centre the doctor and the receptionist. I think they supposed to here here for work not for laughs and jokes they made me wait for 45 minutes for my wife scan because they receptionist didn't tell the nurse that we are here. Unprofessional staff on the reception they called me like 4 times to change the appointment Also about the dr shazia akbar she gave the perception and said I will speak to you and explain when and how many times you need to take medication ***which is not normal medicine there is a certain time that you can take the medicine and there is side effects as well which we was not aware of that***** the paramedic told me when I collect my medicine from pharmacy thanks to that paramedic
