Louise Breen acted for us on our purchase and sale, and was a dream to work with, especially compared with a very bad experience with a big conveyancing company last time we bought a house. She was always communicative, answers her own phone (unlike previous conveyancer who wouldn't deign to speak to us), hugely knowledgeable and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend her.

Unfortunately they didn't call me and my purchase took way longer (I was told to wait for a call, and then they asked me why I didn't call them). Unprofessional, not because the call, but a few other things. I would not recommend to anyone.

Utter disaster... My mother's estate almost ended up £40,000 short due to the incompetence & lack of concentration/preparation of this company. Money was moved from accounts which should not have been & a meeting was set up for Chris Wallworth to retrieve the funds. Due to a total lack of preparation this meeting failed & the family had to go to considerable lengths of stress & time to recover the money Best to avoid if you care about your stress levels
