Our experience with FCI was simply fantastic. We ordered two built-in wardrobes and a home office set up from FCI and could not be happier with the overall experience and the quality of the finished product. We had the pleasure of working with Irina on the design of the units. She is clearly very experienced, had some great ideas/suggestions and was very friendly and professional throughout the process. The installation team was also great to work with --- friendly, professional and skilled. The quality of the units is second to none and although not exactly cheap, they are great value for money and should last for a lifetime. We could not be happier with FCI and would unreservedly recommend it.

Excellent - when we bought a new build apartment, we needed fitted wardrobes. FCI offer better quality than we could find elsewhere and once their interior designers visited and provided advice, we purchased most of our furniture from FCI. The standard of the workmanship on the installation is also very high - we're very happy customers.

Amazing experience shopping from FCI. We wanted to buy a dining table and had plenty of options to choose from at FCI showroom. Great quality furniture and very friendly staff. The delivery process was smooth and they even held our order for a month as we needed to delay the delivery. Very happy with the delivery and installation team as well who were kind enough to remove all packaging post the installation. I am a very satisfied customer.

I've seen some bad reviews so I thought I should review my experience with FCI. To be honest, I was skeptical that they would deliver on time as promised but these guys are a hidden gem. Izhar has a really good design eye and was extremely helpful in assisting us choose our pieces, most of which were not even on display. They delivered BEFORE the delivery date and their team came on-site to set everything up. These guys are independent but really professional and give the major luxury stores a real run for their money. Great access to products and great service to go with it - what's there not to like ?1

Always excellent service and products from FCI, from the sales and sourcing through to finance, logistics and installation. Just received a new dining set which was sourced with care by Tony, and delivered and installed by their great team. Certainly more purchases to follow here, and a complete joy shopping with FCI.

I’ve used FCI for the last 20 years and always been incredibly impressed by the products, the prices and, most importantly, the service and attention to customers needs. I bought most of my furniture many years ago from FCI and, apart from the sofa, the items all look pretty much like the day they were delivered; always excellent quality. My recent sofa purchase was extremely pleasant . Stella was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and has a great sense of taste, and I’m very glad I followed her advise! Can’t recommend these guys, and girls, enough !

Wonderful furniture and equally awful service. Not one single person approached us to assist in any way, not even a hi or bye. Considered buying a coffee table nest from here but will get the same in another shop. Thank you.

We went to FCI after having done a thorough tour of quite a few of London's "good" furniture shops. They were polite and efficient and, very importantly, the prices were significantly better than some of the fancy places but for exactly the same thing. Two beautiful sofas and a lovely table arrived yesterday and we are very pleased with how they look in our flat. I have already recommended FCI to friends and family and we may revisit soon.
