Horrible horrible customer service. The blond one always has a right attitude. No matter what she always has to mutter something. How she has a job here is beyond me?

Rude staff. Sarcastic comments under her breath like other reviews suggested. Totally unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Not usually one to review after a poor experience but the service here is terrible - to echo someone’s complaint about a member of staff being very rude! Was pointing and aggressive because someone is requesting her services to post a couple of parcels. Drive up the road to Old Roan. 5 star service there! I’d rather walk cross county to deliver my parcels than leave them in the hands of people who can’t be bothered taking 4 minutes to serve someone. I despair... I really do.

Awful here. Staff are rude, one member has swore at me under her breath. They throw your parcels about, very unprofessional service. I'm surprised the staff are still employed this post office has the worst reputation.

Been here a few times and been served by some horrible blonde woman with an attitude problem. I won’t be going here again.

I actually really enjoy the service here. I haven't been met with any negative attitude and everyone has been very helpful. I do live locally and have been going here for a long time and haven't had any trouble. My parcels are dealt with quickly and they have given me advice from time to time on improving my packaging.

I come here a lot to post parcels for Ebay and the ladies that work here do try their best and get the job done with speed and efficiency. Keep it up ladies!

The staff in the post office seem to be in some kind of competition to see how rude they can be to customers without getting sacked. Maybe the people who have given good reviews have been lucky. I only go in about once a year and its always the worst part of my day to interact with the staff here. I need to remember that there's a parcel drop off box on Brookfield so I can avoid this place.

Horrible attitude on the short blonde woman. Every time i've used their services, she's giving out snarls and had something to mutter under her breath and it looks like its not just me she does it to after reading the reviews for this branch!
