Loved the gym's training facilities! I had such a great workout. The trainers were full of energy and very knowledgeable. After my workout, I enjoyed a relaxing float tank therapy experience. Sensory deprivation is something I have been excited to try out for a while, so I am glad I could do it straight after my workout. If you live in Adelaide and want to try out a float tank, I highly recommend you try Fast Twitch.

Amazing gym and recovery facilities. Knowledgeable staff and great atmosphere felt comfortable from the first visit. Staff are helping me through an injury and helped me understand how to effectively treat myself. Can't recommend enough if you are an athlete. World class.

Love the atmosphere and the vibe. I make the most of the facilities getting along to strength and yoga classes. I try to do as much recovery as I do training. When recovering I use the ice and magnesium baths and the air compression boots. The float tank, the sauna and the infrared light treat meet are the cherry on top for me. Highly recommend.

First time using a float tank, which was a very unique and sought out experience. I was glad I gave this a go. Felt immensely relaxed, calm and had all my muscle soreness alleviated. Would recommend anyone to give this a go as there’s nothing to lose and a lot to gain, thanks FT!
