Farsley Post Office leeds

Exact same issue as others. Not willing to offer a receipt for postage on prepaid returns. 6 other local post offices no issues even yesterday. When told him this he had no answer but to ban me from the shop. Clearly the disgusting arrogant penchood everyone else talks about. Avoid. Will be reporting to the post office for failing to fulfill the services he must provide as he is paid by the post office to carry these services out

The owner is rude and talks to you in a condescending manner. I used my own stamps on a small parcel which annoyed him. I think he forgets he is providing a service for the public and paid by the Post Office for this service. As I was leaving I mumbled to myself I wont be using this post office again, he heard me and replied to me saying don't worry you are banned. For what I am unsure, but if he bans everyone that is unhappy with his service skills then he will have no customers left!

Really poor experience, my partner took 2 parcels in to be sent back to different shops and they sent them both to the same place. When questioned they said it was correct, it wasn’t until I looked at the receipt I noticed they’d gone to the same place. Went back in and they argued with me and basically said there was nothing they could do. Won’t be using again!

If I could have given zero stars I would have. The male owner has the worst customer service skills I've ever come across, he was extremly rude and awkward. I'll never use this post office again.

Surprised at the negative reviews on here. Staff have always been welcoming and friendly here for me. Manage to fit a good range of products in without the store feeling too cluttered and have got things in we've been looking for in the past. Opening hours of the store and post office are far better than lots of other local ones. I think they have got the balance right here and it would be missed if it were to close - support your local businesses people.
