Came in early afternoon on the 2nd of September 2020. The staff couldn't have been more rude or unhelpful. I came in to buy and view wallpaper for my flat in Park Circus so had just popped down in the rain with my measurements to order from the showroom. My mum and I waited outside while there were customers inside (absolutely fine with this as I was happy they had polices in place for COVID 19). The woman spent awhile with the two customers before us, yet as soon as they left and she cast her eyes up and down at us she acted rude, dismissive and judgmental. Her demeanor clearly said, "these people do not have the money to be in this shop". I felt offended and unwanted by the staff in this showroom and shall be making sure my neighbours and friends stay clear of Farrow & Ball and shall be taking my custom elsewhere.
