Very knowledgeable and really helped to find a true light grey where Dulux and Johnstone failed. Very professional as well. Yes it costs a bit more but the finish tends to be excellent.

Disappointed after travelling a fair distance that they did not have the paint in i needed. I now realise that I should have called in first. Being such a prominent east coast of Scotland store, I naturally assumed that they would have this paint in stock. Silly me. My painting project is now on hold until it is delivered to me. I have learnt a valuable lesson, always call first!

Excellent service and advice from Farrow and Ball once again (spoke to Beth today). For those of us who aren't professional decorators, it's so helpful for confidence to be able to speak to an expert and gain current and relevant advice that is tailored to your own particular project. Also, the paint is great; less toxic than others and goes on well.
