absolute disgrace i will be coming into branch to sort this out. Someone hit my Land rover, I stupidly told the insurers to use Land Rover Guiseley They booked me in. Was promised a courtesy car for a week by Rebecca commencing Monday 22/11. They called me at 18.10pm on the Friday 19/11 stating that they have no courtesy cars Didn't even have the decency to advise earlier on in the day I am referring them to JLR as they are rude and really horrible people. In addition I will be popping into the showroom personally at the most busiest time and making it very clear about the disgraceful service. Ryan Flynn the service manager was dismissive and made no apology for letting me know that they cannot even supply a corsa as a replacement vehicle Terrible service and I will be in to the showroom to make perfectly clear my dissaprovement

Fantasic car and still love the colour. Had some service issues from collection but generally the sales manager has done what he can to resolve them when it was esculated to him.

Out of all the Farnell places I've been this one was great and even though I was only there to pick up a car they were friendly and helpful even offered me a cuppa so that's 5 stars from me thank you
