This practice is totally unprofessional, they don't know the law and think its OK to deny someone medical treatment because they are exempt from wearing a face mask. They don't know there own policy's or covid rule for that matter! What I over heard in in the surgery by members of staff talking while waiting for my appointment. Gives me causes for concern on government policy's of track and trace. I clearly heard a member of staffsay 'my friend has covid and I was with her over the weekend for 5 hours, should I do a test? The government law says "You must self isolate if you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for covid.". And here she was still in practice walking about with no mask! You make your own rules up!

This isn't my own personal GP surgery but my Grandad is registered here. The staff are very nice and helpful but trying to get a non-urgent appointment is like pulling teeth... the times available are not suitable for anyone who works office hours. Also the building itself is not big enough and not ideal for patients with mobility issues.
