Great classes for all the family. Very safe and unintimidating. The beginners only classes are ideal If you have never done martial arts before and want to see if it’s right for you and your family. The instructors are very friendly and professional in their approach. They will guide you through your training, allowing you to progress from the beginners class to more advanced classes as and when you are ready. This is a full time centre, fully equipped and open most days, well worth a visit to find out more!

My son started to attend Martial Art Centre since he was 5 years old. He has finished tiger tots program and he decided to move to the leadership program. He likes going to martial arts and train with an adults as it makes him feel more grown up and gives him confidence. Master Smyth and Master Cunliffe are very friendly and always ready to help if he needs. Going to martial art centre discipline person and motivates, it can help to form your character and to achive life goals. It gives you a feeling to be part of a big family and helps you to make more friends in life.
