I had an excellent experience with using family first solicitors. Hannah was my solicitor and was absolutely amazing throughout. She listened to all of my concerns and answered all of the questions I had. I could not have gone through the family court process without her help, guidance and support. Thank you for a result in which I didn't think I could ever get back. Highly recommend Family First Solicitors to anyone!

Never returned calls, gives inaccurate advice, and very unprofessional staff there’s a good reason why its only £60 for an appointment for all the advice you need, that’s because they are totally inadequate at giving good advice relating to child proceedings I would highly recommend anyone who is seeking a solicitor relating to any child proceedings look elsewhere as you will be very very disappointed I even requested a manager to call me because i could never get hold of anyone to ring me back so i could ask a simple question prior to my appointment and again she was very rude with a very bad attitude and extremely arrogant AVOID AT ALL COSTS LOOK ELSEWHERE

I had a fantastic experience with Henrietta Pote and the rest of the team at Family First Solicitors

5/ 5

I had a fantastic experience with Henrietta Pote and the rest of the team at Family First Solicitors and would highly recommend them to anybody looking for an honest, trustworthy and reliable legal service. Henrietta guided me through the most difficult time of my life, providing a phenomenal level of service and helping me build a water tight case. Henrietta was extremely knowledgable, courteous, efficient, and highly professional, but most importantly genuinely wanted the best outcome for my son and I, always looking to make the process cost effective and advising that the best option for everyone involved was an agreement between the two parties. Through Henrietta's guidance and counsel, my case was brought to an early close and I got the order I wanted put in place by a District-Judge. I also have an amicable relationship with my ex-partner were we can talk happily and openly about our son. If it wasn't for Henrietta I highly doubt we would be in this position, instead we would still be embroiled in an emotionally draining court case. I can't thank Henrietta and the team at Family First enough. When choosing a legal firm, you are stepping into a minefield, some firms prioritise financial gain over the best interests of their clients. With Family First you are in safe hands, these guys truly live up to their name. Thanks so much Henrietta and the rest of them team. Huge kudos to you guys, keep up the great work!

Terri was amazing - I can't recommend her highly enough. She provided me with amazing value for money, support and advice at a time when I needed it the most. Although I hope to never need her help again, if I did, she'd be my first port of call.

Highly recommended. Ursula was fantastic and took her time to discuss my case with great patience and professionalism. I feel I had the most honest advice in what is a stressful time for most people, and she had my best interest in mind rather than the potential fees. Would definitely recommend this firm!

5/ 5

I wish we'd known about Family First years ago when my partner's abusive spouse started hassling her for divorce. Even though mediation wasn't working we were put off going to court because we thought she either had to go it alone in court against her ex (who could afford a solicitor) or spend more money than she possessed on a solicitor herself. Instead we've had a £60 as-long-as-it-takes initial session with one of Family First's solicitors (Jenny), a couple of short Pay As You Go sessions with George, and some help from Ursula and George's Thursday evening Live sessions on Facebook. The Facebook sessions especially are brilliant; we've learned so much about family law, court procedures, what's important and what's not, and gotchas to watch out for, and it's not as scary as it seemed. And they're sometimes laugh out loud funny - Ursula can be very forthright in her opinions! Recommended
