I have found Cahms to be extremely supportive and the level of help exceptional. I don't believe there is ever an easy fixed for mental health issues and I do not believe you will completely cure them, but Cahms have offered a variety of tools and techniques to help deal with them.

Yes you can get help but to be honest it's not perfect. There are quite a few issues. I'd high suggest they get a tech team. The information on the site is limited and you can not contact them through email (them creating an email would be so helpful as I and others I know aren't comfortable making phone calls). Also add information to the site such as opening times and day would be useful as I have gone multiple times to pick up prescription and it's closed!
