Fairweather windows are a first rate business. I would highly recommend them to anyone I meet who even vaguely mentions needing windows or doors. In an industry that is bursting with scam artists, pressure sellers, unreasonable, unhelpful, money grabbing and dam right unpleasant people; Fairweather's family run and owned business is a shining light of respect, quality work, unflinching dedication to customer service and good products. We have had 10 windows and 2 doors off them all done swiftly with care and professionalism withing 3 days work. via Fairweathers trusted partners we also had a window lintle repaired in that time. We sifted through many other firms befor confidently going with Fairweather, Paul accommodated all our requests (of which many there were many non standard and tricky specifications). where other companies had pulled faces and claimed it would cost more, Fairweather gave us exactly what we wanted with helpful guidance and investigation. We never felt pressured just informed and that we could ask questions when we needed and make up our minds. They gave us the best price of anyone we came across. There were some unfortunate set backs during the process BUT non of these were the fault of Fairweather, rather the manufacturers. Despite this Fairweather bent over backward to rectify any issues that arose and solved problems swifty with very little stress to ourselves, the customers. I felt very happy to trust them with our house and the job (the house is very qwerky, built in 1876 and they displayed good ability to work with this). They made a very neat and tidy job and cleaned up after themselves (within reason) At time of writing we have had the windows and doors in for about 2 or so months, and no issues yet (that's with all the heavy rain we have had so far). The after sale care has continued to be good, we had our house repointed after the windows went in (in retrospect it should have happened the other way round) and some of the sealant around the windows was damaged, fairweather gave us a tube of their sealant for the repointers to use to make sure it was the correct colour and retained a good finish. I feel confident if I ever did have any problems that Fairweather would hear me out with care and understanding and respond swiftly to do what they could to help. We received our FENSA and insurance documents through promptly after final payment. All in all, very good service and company. We plan to use them again for future projects. Thank you fairweather team.

After Sales Service We had work completed by Fairweather two years ago due to being flooded. One of the seven doors they fitted had dropped due to the heavy glass. Once I reported this to the company they immediately agreed to come and rectify the problem. They turned up on time and then completed all necessary adjustments to make the door as new. While here they serviced all the other doors and were very professional at all times. Many thanks for this excellent service. Recommend without reservation.

Paul and his team are first class, professional and caring. The pricing is competitive, the job (under really difficult circumstances with materials supply) was carried out quickly and efficiently by a really friendly fitting team. Can't recommend highly enough and have used on 3 occasions over the past few years.
