The place is clean and is great if you are just staying the night. For the price and for being rated a 4 star hotel I would expect more. The bed is small for 2 people, there is not a lot of light and you can hear when the people are walking upstairs.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I tried to book this hotel for a colleague for one night. A Google search showed rooms available for same day booking. There is no reception. You are supposed to be emailed a code for entry. No code was ever received. No answer from any of the telephone numbers listed on the booking paperwork. Was unable to get through to OYO service team at first, eventually got through and was advised that their records showed that my colleague checked in and out as expected (he didn't). They have "escalated" the issue and are "checking how much they will be able to refund me" (should be all of it without question!). I have been told to expect an email update within 48 hours but I don't have very high hopes.

The code based lock system for this hotel feels extremely unreliable. Our first impression of this hotel was meeting a guest that was locked out of the hotel. If you ever manage to get in, it will feel like a huge risk to leave the hotel. Who knows if you'll get in again? And what's worse, if something does go wrong, there is no staff in the hotel, and the phone numbers provided for support don't even work. We were also provided a different (cheaper) room to what we had booked.

AWFUL! SCAM! Do not stay here. Turned up and they told me and my partner we had to pay a £50 deposit via bank transfer so we did. We were promised that someone would check the room in the morning and it would be refunded there and then. No one was in the hotel. No staff on site. We still have not received our deposit back. On the email it says within 24 hours, on the phone they are saying within 15 working days and the man in the hotel said the next morning. Absolute SCAM! There were other people also waiting for their deposits and did not receive them as no one was in the office or answering the phone.

STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. There wasn’t even enough room in the room we booked for us to stay, the manager started getting extremely rude and standoffish. After this whole ordeal we didn’t even stay there due to the fact we physically couldn’t as the room was too small. Now been phoning and emailing this company for the last 4 days and they tell me to wait another 2 days every time I call. BIG SCAM STAY AWAY

This was the worst stay we have ever had. On arrival at check in time our room wasn’t ready, we had to sit on the stairs and wait and then the cleaner said we could come in and wait while we was still cleaning, the floor was not clean and neither was the rest of the room. We then sat on the bed and then bed came rolling away from the headboard. The curtains are falling down, the bathroom was dirty. It was just disgusting. We were then relaxing in the dark before we went out and someone walked into our room and as soon as they heard our voices ran back out. We then slept with a chair up against the door as we were very scared. The next day we left the hotel to go out for the day and there were police circling the area and asking questions while the hotel manager was just stood in the door way smoking and didn’t bother to say a word to us. We then return and other people were locked outside with no code to get into the hotel so we had to help them in. There was so much noise all night. My friend then went down to collect some food outside from Uber eats and nearly fell down the stairs as the stairs were covered in dirty bedding and dirty towels. They provided us with tea and coffee but no kettle. The tv doesn’t work. The light fitting is really dangerous and the lamp doesn’t have a light bulb. Our towels were ripped and felt like sandpaper. The list goes on. My friend also has mild asthma and since staying here she’s been having to use her inhaler a lot more due to the high amount of dust. AVOID THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT A BAD NIGHT

SCAM! Do not go here! I tried to book a room but got there and there was no one to check me in. Whenever I called the service it was just someone on a casual call with someone else. Very dodgy!

Complete scam, wish I had seen the google reviews, I booked the “deluxe room” the pictures of the room are not the same room we were given for one (must be a completely different hotel!) not only that the room we were given was filthy and unsafe, towels with dirt on floor unswept bed stained bath and shower unclean, shower flooded the whole bathroom when you use it. No staff present so we called the number provided to ask them to clean and they were very angry and said they couldn’t clean because we had already been in the room, eventually they agreed to send a cleaner and all they did was replace the towels, nothing was cleaned. Also It was unsafe a man knocked for hours about 5am and no staff present to Sort it. Fire alarm in the morning nobody about to tell us it was safe to re-enter after waiting outside for it to stop. Honestly the worst booking I’ve ever made and also the first bad review I have ever left. Atrocious needs to be looked into or at least taken off Booking.com you are scamming hundreds of people
