I have previously trialled F45 elsewhere and didn't enjoy it. I decide to try it again after moving

5/ 5

I have previously trialled F45 elsewhere and didn't enjoy it. I decide to try it again after moving to Mackay, and I was instantly hooked. The trainers are all very approachable and professional, they push you and work with you. You will leave here sore but eager to return.

5/ 5

A huge thanks to Lee and the whole Mackay F45 crew- they’re an amazing team of knowledgeable trainers. I’ve never liked working out but the trainers, along with the interval training program, does an amazing job at supporting you, not shaming you, and make you want to come back again. I’ve gone to a number of gyms over the past few years but this is the first that I’ve actually continued to go, and actually enjoyed working out at. I’ve gone to other F45s in the state and Mackay is definitely the best!!
