EYG Trade Windows and Doors hull

Arranged for EYG to replace a window with french doors. Two installers arrived on the agreed morning only to receive a phone call advising them that the builder would not be with them due to family issues. The job was rescheduled for the following day. The installers arrived but did not have the right equipment with them. The job was abandoned at 1pm and rescheduled for a fortnight later. The work has now been completed and I am pleased with the workmanship and quality of the doors. The delays were no fault of the installers who were extremely polite and professional. I do feel however that their customer service is lacking although I did receive £150 as a goodwill gesture after several emails and phone calls.

Great fitters, but the office staff are arrogant provide third world customer service! My installation was cancelled in September 2018, 3 hours after Eyg should have turned up. I was promised compensation for this and they have used every excuse known to man to avoid resolving the situation and have now instigated legal proceedings against me. Having spent a lot of money with them in the past, it's proof that loyalty doesn't go any further than the end of Wiltshire road with Eyg!

New front door and flag window ordered and arrived well before needed. We now have no draft and its alot warmer. Very good price and quick delivery.

Are very quick to ring up to see if they can get more work but can't come back to fix a problem with my front door I had fitted a year ago

Dreadful, awful company, best avoided. They don't seem to know what a letterbox is. Their canvassers are instructed to ring your doorbell, just to hand you a leaflet and waste your time. Very poor quality doors and windows and abysmal customer service. What is to like? I wish they'd Foxtrot Oscar.

Very rude company insulted my business and pushy salesman.

I had all of my windows and doors replaced by Eyg and after a couple of issues with doors which were resolved quickly I have to say look lovely. We had a bit cheaper quotes from other companys but the quality was'nt as good and i have the reassurance of knowing that i have a 10yr guarantee with an established company. Thankyou guys
