Arranged for EYG to replace a window with french doors. Two installers arrived on the agreed morning only to receive a phone call advising them that the builder would not be with them due to family issues. The job was rescheduled for the following day. The installers arrived but did not have the right equipment with them. The job was abandoned at 1pm and rescheduled for a fortnight later. The work has now been completed and I am pleased with the workmanship and quality of the doors. The delays were no fault of the installers who were extremely polite and professional. I do feel however that their customer service is lacking although I did receive £150 as a goodwill gesture after several emails and phone calls.
