Extra Personnel Recruitment Agency Feltham london

I’m registered under extra Personnel in Feltham branch and I have recently applied for a new job in a company. They have asked for my reference. The agency staff doesn’t deal with the references and it’s been sent to the head office. It’s been almost 3 weeks and my reference has not been replied as yet. They don’t even reply to the email or answer the phone call.luckily I spoke to someone on the phone today from the agency and he said he will ask the staff to after it without even asking my name. I mean how is he going to ask. And he just cut the line. So unprofessional

This agency is stealing people's money, I've had multiple incidents where I haven't been paid the right amount of money, the payslip are very confusing and if you're not careful that's where they will be taking the money off. After 4 months I'm still in the process of getting back what I'm owned. The guys in the office are absolutely useless and they are pretending to help their staff but all they do is tell you one thing on the phone and do the exact opposite. In a conclusion this agency is absolute trash.

AVOID EXTRA PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT AGENCY IN FULHAM AT ALL COSTS. I would prefer to give this recruitment agency a 0 star review but unfortunately it wasn't an option. Extremely RUDE with zero manners by the gentleman who spoke to my mother on the phone. An appointment to register was booked, we arrived, only to wait around for the door to be opened. By the time the door opened to be let in to the building, the office seemed closed. Had to call and after 10mins the RUDE gentleman answered - only to be told we were late? No, we were early. You just failed to answer the door or pick up the phone. Half a working day wasted on visiting this shocking place. Don't email or arrange appointments for those seeking employment if you're not going to answer the office phone or door - waste of time.

Avoid by all cost, possibly the worst agency in the market. Liars and cheats, rude and arrogant.

It’s a just waste of time Aggency... don’t trust these people... once you get register after they ignoring your calls ... no training .. no work ... just waste of time and energy

Not a good experience recently with Feltham Branch. I was interested in one of the Job advert and the interview are taking place in few days time. I left Voice messages and text messages to the person, who I was told responsible for this Job advert account and also a Branch Manager. No reply back. I spoken to the Receptionist, who always misled me when I requested to speak to the Person. She also forced me to believe something which wasn't true. The same experience with their Head Office at Walsall. I was misled by the Receptionist about the availability of the Branch Manager. It seems to me that they instructed their Receptionists to act in this way. I eventually able to get a response from the Feltham Branch Manger after few days of struggle, once the HR was contacted at Walsal Branch. So I will give Zero star for the service received.

It has been a great experience for me personally, its been almost two an a half years since started my career from this agency itself. Friendly nature and helpful attitude of staff is welcoming always. Do visit n check for yourself.

Iam working for this agency for more then 2 years excellent they are very much helpful in all ways like providing work, good pay and on time and they really care of their employees . I love working for this agency.
