Paid £18 for a "full valet" this pm at car wash- adjacent to Shell Garage- absolutely TERRIBLE. My advice is just don't go there- scratches in and out- broken plastic end caps on seat rails, head rests pulled off with such force- stitching damaged. I only noticed once I'd paid and left. Just go somewhere else where they actually take some care about what they do- these guys are the worst I've ever experienced. Plus no covid masks. Damaged my car and got ripped off.

Chancers There’s a sign board, it says £13 for a mini valet, then when you drive up the guy tells you it’s £20, you point at the board and “it says £13” then he says “ok I’ll do it for £15” And this is why the two cars in front of me drove off without getting cleaned.
