4/ 5

The lady on the counter was polite and the service was great, 2 mins in and 2 mins out, very efficient. The prices are very expensive and a very large case costs the same as a carrier bag. Apart from the pricing it does what it says on the tin. They need a scaled pricing system as a small carrier bag and a very large suitcase should not cost the same amount to store......

2/ 5

Rude staff that’s all I can say. She could see us stood there waiting to be served and she walked away. She continually uttered and we could hargly here her. Security guy looked miserable and not once did either say hello or thank you. I’d rather carry my bag around than give this place my business. £6 for 3 hrs. £9 for 24.
