I only go swimming so cannot comment on the gym. However everywhere is very clean and the pool is lovely. Be better if the jacuzzi was open though

Meh. Classes are good, gym is average. Staff are okay. Phone is never answered, or emails replied too. It's not worth their prices but I've been to worse.

Where 99% of the gyms in the country would offer day passes, everlast didn’t due to the restrictions at the time and were trying to persuade me as a member. At the time I only worked down the road on the complex and had a 2hr in between my 121 clients for football and it was easy and convenient for myself but turned me down. Not to mention the customer service was awful and none of them wearing masks

Try finding a gym with a pool and steam room for that price elsewhere. Equipment and space are very good value. Communication and customer service could use some work.

I’m very disappointed that the hot tubs are not in operation, it been weeks and every week I get told next week and the sorry story goes on. You get fobbed off with different stories first the water has to be sent off then the pump needs replacing. It’s usually the steam room out of order. This does not fulfill the contract of facilities. Very poor as far as keeping things up together and working, staff look bored and unmotivated. What is going on in this place
