Both jacuzzis out of action. Pool too busy to swim comfortably. Children's swimming lessons impact on gym members opportunities to swim both after work and at weekends. Beginning to show its age and looking shabby.

Have been a member pretty much from the beginning when it was JJB. The gym is a declining business with the amount of hands it's changed and effort in which the staff and management have in upkeep of equipment and facilities. Feels like a cheap gym now. Was lovely when I joined. Over the years have seen so many members lot due to nil effort by management in upkeep. And the decline is continuing! Air con been out of order for weeks now especially in the ridiculous heat we have experienced. Jacuzzi's have been out of order for months. Steam room doesn't get fixed properly! When something is broken it doesn't get repaired for weeks on end (that's being polite). They expect membership on time and no loyalty for members at all.. Myself and friends will be taking our business elsewhere purely because management DO NOT CARE WHEN A CONCERN IS VOICED!!

Have been going to this gym for over 10 years and it has gone downhill. There seems to be a trend towards playing rap music really loudly and there are way too many 'equipment-hoggers' who dominate one piece of equipment whilst doing sets on other apparatus. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are no longer any dance-type classes which us a shame. Good location.

A great gym and helpful staff with modern and well maintained equipment. Classes are regular and varied with highly motivational instructors. Pricing for membership is reasonable too comparatively
