Moved to the area so came back here after a few visits a few years back and I was not disappointed!

5/ 5

Moved to the area so came back here after a few visits a few years back and I was not disappointed! The gym is really well laid out and the changing rooms are spacious. I think the décor, lockers and flooring could do with a bit of an update but all in all, a really great gym!

Great gym with great selection of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. The spa area is really good, changing rooms are one of the cleanest I have been in and great price. I have read its expensive but where can anyone get full gym, pool and spa for £30?
