DO NOT USE AS DPD PICKUP SHOP. DPD said they delivered my parcel here, but when I went to collect, the shop assistant said the parcel was not there. Two days later DPD message saying the shop is returning my parcel to the DPD depot, now it's lost.

Really bad customer service. No apology for misplaced prescription. Insisting I had taken my medicine when I knew I hadn't and refused to accept that it was still with them . Told that my prescription would arrive and to return after 5 to collect my medicine. Went after 5 and told to come back next day as my Medicine has not been sorted. Server refused to give me cardholder copy for my payment. Never have stock. Act like they are just giving us the medicine for free. I am paying for this. No respect for customers. Don't smile at customers at all. Don't accept their wrongs and won't admit it at least for customer satisfaction. Won't be using this pharmacy's "services" again.

Easily the worst retail experiance of my life. This pharmacist made me wait over 30 minutes looking for meds having assured me they have got them. Then turned round to me and said just give me a few more minutes. Then called me ovee said what are you waiting for? She said she made a mistake in reading her screen and that they havent had a orescription sent to them from the GP. I had to ask her to apologise for her mistake. The manager Haroon Saeed couldnt care less. Pretended not to have seen or heared this sorry exchange. All this happend while four other women in a hijab all working there were starring at my exchange with this dumb lady and the careless manager. Very angry!!

AVOID this pharmacy, My daughter had a work experience there some time ago, they treated her in the most horrible way. She was like a maid for them, all they got her to do is putting medications on the shelfs and she tried to approach the manager however she was very rude and didn't teach her at all. Very bad staff members and would never want my daughter to join them again
