Received damaged device from NISBETS in Holland - No regulation! I got my device back after a test there in the Netherlands from NISBETS. The ladies at the supposed customer service refuse to repair or exchange them. Are there any laws in the Netherlands? And what about decency and custom? Neither? I never buy anything from this company again! This is a true factual claim.
