Terrible Experience. Booked to test drive a used car. Had to travel a long way so asked a lot of questions before travelling including if there was any damage to the car. Was assured there was no damage at all and that the car would be ready to drive away if I was happy with it. Arrived to find the car was disgustingly dirty inside and out (Make up stains on the interior & food in the door pockets) and hundreds of pounds worth of damage on the outside. A large dent and multiple scratches all around. When i complained i was offered a free tank of fuel If i was prepared to travel back when the damage was fixed. Other sales people in the office were messing around at the time and it was like being in a children's playground. I told them to keep the car and left. A total joke of a company & not one i will ever be recommending. Thanks for wasting my Saturday.

This place does not care about its customers. They ask you to leave a positive review during a car sales pitch. Most of the positive reviews are based on a nice chat PRIOR to purchase.... In terms of service this dealership is terrible. I switched to another VX dealership 20 minutes drive away to avoid them... They never did what I asked them to do or cared about checking stuff on my car...

Hamsa was a great salesman. Great experience dealing with him and Evans Halshaw. Car was delivered valeted and polished. Would definitely recommend.

Their customer service is really poor for my taste. And it seems that if you are what they don't associate with being their customer they hardly come and talk to you or even offer to help at all. And the reason I keep going is that I bought a Zafira and it's been recalled at least twice so far.

Drove away in my new car yesterday. Originally went browsing but saw a couple of options I liked. Rich was helpful and gave good guidance on vehicles. Didn't push anything and waited when I said I wanted to think it over. Once I said yes, he went above and beyond helping with music and a tricky car seat removal! Overall great experience, although 2 hrs spent to collect my car was pretty long but not the fault of Rich, maybe documents could just be ready instead of having to wait and coordinate on arrival. Thank you Rich...will see you for my mats!

Rang up this afternoon as my brakes were suddenly making a strange noise. Although the office was clearly very busy and no slots were currently available in the garage, Lee went out of his way to squeeze me in to make sure the car was still roadworthy. Within an hour of me ringing, I'm now back home with peace of mind. Cheers again for the friendly and extremely accommodating service!

My overall experience at Evans Halshaw Leeds was above and beyond satisfactory from the minute I arrived to the minute I drove away in my new car. If you are planning on going to Evans Halshaw Leeds to look for a new car the best person to see would be Troy one of the sales team who will make sure you are looked after and you find the perfect car for you, I have received help from multiple sales members in many dealerships and Troy is definitely the top of the list with most helpful and knowledgeable. I also received help from Darren the manager from Evans Halshaw Leeds who was super helpful and very involved during my new car purchase and old car part exchange to make sure my experience was 5 star service which it definitely was. If your thinking about getting a new car this is the place to go!

I am now on my 3rd car from EH Leeds, Darren Jones & the top sales man Mike are always ready to look after me & to ensure I leave with a smile on my face but more importantly a car that I’m happy with. The service I receive is 5* every time, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The rest of the team are always polite and courteous, they’re on hand to help in any way that they can. Absolutely nothing to complain about when selling my much loved Jag. Collected a series of offers from diverse traders, including the obvious and some unlikely. Not the best offer by a few pounds but sold to EH via Scott Miller who made the process straightforward and painless. Admittedly the car is a beauty but I fully anticipated some haggling etc. No attempt was made to reduce their initial generous offer. Paperwork sorted with no fuss. Very impressed with the professionalism exhibited and pleased with the outcome.

On arrival, staff were very welcoming, even offered a hot drink to break the cold. Once we got started Troy was very helpful taking me through all my options. Making the process of buying a new car very easy and quickly calmed the anxiety. Very thankful for the professional service offered.
