Parking was easy plenty of spaces. The premises were clean and tidy. However still not impressed by the overall quality of the customer service, more so when you compare it to Toyota that I use for my own car. Car garages just don't seem to engage with their customers compared to other businesses. I certainly don't look forward to taking cars for servicing and I'm not sure many do. After dropping my partners car off for servicing I had a ten minute look around the showroom. No one made any effort to approach me to ask if I needed any help etc. I was actually going to pick up a brochure but could find the one I wanted. Oh well.

Me and my dad went in to arrange his first new car in 14 years and Adam was absolutely first-class. He let us know he was new to Ford, but you never would have guessed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable when talking us through the various car configurations and finance options. My dad was nervous about buying a new car, but the service put him at ease and he's now very happy with his decision. Can't wait to pick up the car next week! All in all, the dealership offered great service, with a special thanks to Adam Urmston for his help.

Such a disappointing experience dealing with Evans Halshaw, from the start it was beset with problems due to their archaic systems and atrocious communication. I have to say that the sales people are polite, friendly and knowledgeable, however due to poor management their efforts are in vain. I have raised my concerns with senior management who promised they would look into my concerns. It’s clear that once they have your money they no longer wish to deal with you and aftercare doesn’t matter to them. Sadly without any future guarantees and assurances I cannot recommend their services.

You can’t give less than 1 star otherwise I would. Only interested in selling you a car if you’re using their finance.

If you want more for your money go to Arnold Clark in Stretford. Staff at Evans Halshaw don't go the extra mile to get the car you really want. Arnold Clark do....

I recently bought a Mercedes A Class from Sean, he was absolutely brilliant all the way through the process. Took the time to show me different options and made sure I got the car that I wanted. I can only thank Sean and all the Evans Halshaw team for first class service and I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for a change!

The staff here are absolutely fantastic, we dealt with Avesta and he helped so much. He was very helpful in finding the car we wanted and getting the process done. Everyone was very welcoming and polite, thumbs up to Dan too. I am very happy with everything and can’t recommend this place and these guys enough.

Couldn't have had a better experience. Wasn't 100% sure I wanted a ford to start with as was exploring options and there was no hard sell, just the information I needed to make a decision. Once I decided to go ahead, Nathan was so helpful throughout the process, even dropping forms off at my house on his day off to keep things moving. From decision to sitting in my new car was super fast, much faster than I expected. The handover was thorough and polished and I was out in no time all set up.
