Excellent service received from Darren H. Saw a car online at the Cardiff dealership and wanted it moving to Bradford. The staff in Cardiff were not helpful but Darren was brilliant. Got the car moved up for us and arranged a test drive. Was not pushy at all. Provided all FCA information in a timely manner and did exactly what he said he would with regard to some minor work required on an alloy and paint scratch. Fantastic service. Extremely happy with the car

I bought a used car from this dealership a little over a week ago. As soon as I walked in, Colin greeted me and was helpful throughout the whole process he answered all my questions and explained everything to me. When I looked at the car, it hadn’t gone through the service process yet. Once I decided to purchase my car, they put it to the front of the queue and checked it over and cleaned it completely. I am very happy with the service I was given. 😃

Not a good workshop Bought my car from them in December 2019.. had it back to them in January with 4 faults, they fixed 1! Apparently they couldnt fault the other 2 and the 4th fault was apparently normal engine noise! I told them iam a mechanic of 13 years and that was not normal engine noise. They told me they are Citroen mechanics not Ford mechanics so to them its normal. Haha that is a joke! A mechanic is a mechanic they all should know that a loud rattle on start up is not normal. I had to travel 45 minutes to evans halshaw ford. They heard the noise straight away and laughed at what Citroen had told me. My car is a ford focus ST. A fast car! I got my car back after 2 days with 1/4 of a tank less then it went in with, it had dropped MPG by 0.4 of a mile where for 3 weeks it had been on the same 26.3mpg no matter how fast i drove it or slow it was always 26.3 give or take 0.1..so the mechanic or who ever drove my car has thrashing its arse for it to drop so much.. oh that and they drove it 24miles! 24 miles are you having a laugh?? For a coolant leak and a knocking noise. 24 bloody mile. Where did they go? To the chippy for all the lads and back in record time too! Only one positive is Colin the sales man. Really likeable bloke and a pleasure to deal with. Cheers mate shame the rest of the business let it down.
